Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.

  • Production Time: Each product is made to order to ensure the highest quality before being shipped, typically taking 3–5 business days for production.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped directly from China and typically arrive within 8–15 days after production. Delivery times may vary based on destination and local customs.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all products, with no minimum purchase required.

We’ve partnered with reliable international carriers to ensure your NRooted gear reaches you safely and efficiently. While we don’t currently offer express shipping options, we prioritize quality, care, and sustainability in our shipping process. Every package we send is an extension of our story—and yours.

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package as it journeys to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number. For quick access, visit our Track Your Order page or track your package using ParcelsApp.
